How does anyone explore a new area without something like this? The little icons tell you at a glance what the standout features of the neighborhood are. NEIGHBORHOOD MARKETABILITY RATINGS, Lists of COMPARABLE NEIGHBORHOODS (If you like homes in one neighborhood you will want to look at homes in the comparable neighborhoods too.) Price range, age and size of the homes, HOA fees, distance to the bridge and much more. This is information, organized in a way that makes it essential reading for those unfamiliar with the "Shore".
