1. “NEIGHBORHOOD GUIDE” is the only source that lets you search for new homes only. Most websites don’t. New homes magazines cover a huge geographic area making the maps very general at best, and they give you precious little useful info. about the homes and neighborhoods. Each one is screaming look at me! Here you will find listed, ALL the new homes projects being built in Queen Anne and Caroline Counties. Prices, lot size, type of homes being built, and location with a numbered map plus directions and more. We are not steering you to any particular project or trying to sell you a particular home or subdivision. We are just providing information that makes new home shopping a lot easier. I can provide brochures & floor plans from any new homes project.
2. Sometimes several builders are building in the same subdivision represented by different brokers. Don’t waste your time driving to a subdivision only to find empty lots with a different name and number on each.
3. Many new homes being built on the “shore” are not part of a new homes project but are being built on lots in existing communities or in the countryside. The guide is your only source for all the new homes.
4. It is in your interest as a buyer to be represented by a large brokerage like “Champion”, particularly if a problem arises.
